Include a reviewer who did not write the instructions and does not already know the setup by memory. Use the proposed retail pack and appropriate product guidance. Record unclear terms, missing tool information and confusing steps. A small internal review can reveal specific problems, but it does not establish certification or a universal customer performance claim.
