Does new packaging artwork automatically replace an approved order?

No. Confirm which order or production stage the revised artwork applies to, and agree how existing packaging and finished stock will be handled. Identify the approved file version in writing. A new design sent for discussion should not be treated as an instruction to change an earlier order without the relevant agreement.
